Dr. Cornel West professor emeritus at Princeton University, spoke at the Feb. 21 Common Hour in Mayser Gymnasium. As part of Civil Rights Week at F&M, the Black Student Union invited West to provide the broader historical perspective and context on the struggle for civil rights in the United States.
