Wonderful Princeton High Grad Bebe Neuwirth is Lilith. This is Frasier and Lilith's first episode together since "The Bar Manager, The Shrink, His Wife and Her Lover" on Cheers. Although they reconciled at the end of that episode, Lilith never appeared on Cheers again. By the time Frasier got spun off, he mentioned that between the final episode of Cheers and the premiere of Frasier that he and Lilith got divorced. Now she appears on Frasier for the first time.
